The Personalized Online Coaching Program is geared for YOU and the event you are training for, with all of your personal goals, limitations strengths, weaknesses and schedule conflicts taken into consideration.  The goal of the Personalized Online Coaching Program is to get YOU to a “personal best”, or “peak”, for the event you choose.

Triathlon Team

Workouts are geared to the events the majority of the team is training for. There may be two workouts going on at a time. One group may be training for a long course event, while one group will be training for a short course event.

Masters Swim – Los Gatos

Los Gatos Masters welcomes swimmers of all abilities, age 19 or over, who are interested in regular structured workouts. Previous competitive swimming experience is not necessary. Triathletes are welcome and encouraged to join!

The Kain Kids Triathlon Camps give kids the opportunity to experience what it feels like to be a triathlete! Each camp prepares the campers for a Mini-Triathlon competition at the end of each week long camp.

COVID Update: KP Team Workouts

We follow all Santa Clara County COVID Public Health Orders at our KP Team Workouts. For the health and safety of all members, please get vaccinated including the booster. If you are in a high risk category, don't come out until you have been vaccinated.

If you are feeling sick, have been exposed, or have tested positive for COVID, do not attend a team workout until you have quarantined the mandatory time required and/or tested negative.

Please be considerate and wear a mask when not actively cycling, or running and keep a safe distance ( 6+ feet) whenever possible on the bike and run. Do not spit, or blow "snot rockets" on the bike, or running.
