  • 1 Session – $95.00
  • 5 Sessions – $450.00
  • 10 Sessions – $850.00

Outdoor Swim Sessions – (With Pete Kain) $45.00 per 30 minutes / $90.00 per hour

Outdoor Bike Sessions(With Pete and/or Shari Kain) $80.00 per hour/$110.00 for 1.5 hours

Outdoor Run Sessions (at Track) – (With Pete Kain) $45.00 per 30 minutes/$80.00 per hour

Pete Kain

ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, TRX Certified & Swiss Ball Certified Instructor. USA Triathlon’s Overall Open Male “Triathlete of the Year” in 2002.


Pete has been personal training clients of all ages and abilities for the past 26 years! Coach Kain was the Fitness Coordinator at Octel/Lucent for 4 years (1994-1998), then Fitness Director at the Almaden Valley Athletic Club (AVAC) for 5 years (1998-2003) before starting Kain Performance Multi-Sport. Coach Kain can take you to the next level by working with you one-on-one in whichever discipline you need help. He works regularly with clients in the gym for strength and conditioning, as well as in the pool for swim stroke analysis, on the road for biking skills and at the track for better running form and efficiency.

Shari Kain

ACE Certified Group Training Instructor, USA Weight Lifting Certified Instructor. 1999 Xterra World Champion and Hall of Fame Athlete. Alternate on the US Olympic Mountain Bike Team in 2000.

Shari has been personal training clients of all ages for over 25 years. Contact Shari to work one-on-one with you in the gym, on the mountain bike, or road bike.



Swimming, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Running

Swimming – Pete will work with you 1:1 at the pool. He is a Certified Swim Coach and has years of experience working with all abilities and ages.

Cycling – Both Pete and Shari are available for personal training on the bike. Sessions are done where convenient and can be geared towards the needs of each individual. If you need help with your confidence on the bike and skills in general, this would be time well spent.

Running – Pete is available for one-on-one sessions to improve your running form and technique. He will take you through a series of walking, skipping and cadence drills to help you run more efficiently. He will also show you some great active stretches to help with flexibility. Sessions are usually done on a track.

Mountain Bike with Shari Kain – The best introduction to what makes mountain biking so special: incredible access to trails with spectacular views, or weaving through a beautiful single track of forest!
