Kain Performance holds weekly Coached Workouts covering all three disciplines. Complete training schedules are published on a monthly basis and available for regular monthly paid members through Workoutlog.

One group may be training for a long course event, while one group will be training for a short course event. Be ready! The workouts will be tough…but fun!

Team Bike Ride – Advanced Level
Meet at The Bicycle Outfitter back parking lot in Los Altos.
Ride leaves by 12:04 sharp!
Self-supported ride
*Avg speed 20+mph with ~1,500 ft of climbing
THURSDAY NIGHT TRACK WORKOUT | 6:15 pm | March 17 – September
Running Economy – Focus on running form and drills, intervals included!

Team Bike ride – Beginner/Intermediate Level (Recover Ride)
Meet In front of the JCC on Oka Rd in Los Gatos. Park on the street.
Ride leaves by 12:05 sharp!

* Avg speed 15mph, spin/flush out the legs with some moderate climbing at times
SATURDAY SWIM/BIKE/RUN WORKOUT
Be ready to swim, bike and run. Swim first @ 7:30 am | Bike @ 9:30 am
– Swim | Meet at the Los Gatos High School Pool | 7:30-9am
– Bike | Park at Summit Bikes (Los Gatos) | Roll at 9:30am
– Run | Everyone runs off the bike after the ride.

LG MASTERS SWIM
Not included in the Kain Weekly Coached Workouts except on Saturday. You must purchase a LG Masters Membership through the LG Rec Dept to participate in Masters on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Read more
