The Personalized Online Coaching Program is geared for YOU and the event you are training for, with all of your personal goals, limitations strengths, weaknesses and schedule conflicts taken into consideration. The goal of the this program is to help you achieve a “personal best”, or “peak”, for the event you choose. An excellent choice for anyone training for an endurance event (i.e. Ironman, 70.3, marathon, etc.)
What you will receive with this program:
- Online access (Workoutlog.com) to your weekly personalized training schedule.
- An in-depth description of all workouts, with intensities, durations, intervals, etc. for each workout.
- Weekly e-mail consultation from Coach Pete or Shari Kain to discuss how the training is going, and to make adjustments when needed.
- Ongoing dialog between the athlete and the coach – questions and feedback are encouraged.
- Access to all coached workouts.
