Bike – Meet at 9:15am outside the pool – Ready to roll by 9:25am.

Willow Springs Loop (~ 47 miles)
Ride South to IBM Hill, down the backside to Santa Teresa, south to Willow Springs. (Shorter option -turn at Bailey and back on McKeon). Good training for all doing the Half Moon Bay Training next week. Fuel properly to be ready to run off the bike.
Run – Not Optional…Off the bike, be ready to run for 20-25 minutes at a aerobic/endurance pace. Start slow and build into the run.
